Orders received by 8am Tuesdays and Fridays ship same day.

USA ORDERS

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and generally take 2 - 3 days for mainland* delivery. (USPS Priority Mail Info)

*Alaska and Hawaii generally take 3 days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail and generally takes 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Duty is payable by customer. Please note note that each countries customs and processing times differ greatly. (USPS First Class International Info)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
FOR WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

International orders for wholesale accounts (bike shops and framebuilders) are shipped, if selected, by DHL EXPRESS and generally takes 3-5 days for delivery. Please note these are also shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Depending on the size of the order it might take us 2-3 days from reciept to process your order. Any duties/tax's are paid by customer.
